You subscribed on anchorassetview.com and confirmed
You entered your address in a form on this site, chose one or more editions, ticked the consent box, and then clicked the link in the confirmation email we sent from confirm@mail.anchorassetview.com. Without that click, we delete the address after 48 hours and send nothing else. We keep a record of the date, time, IP address and page of both the sign-up and the confirmation.
You subscribed through a named partner and confirmed
Occasionally a partner publication offers our editions on their own sign-up page. In that case the form names Anchor Asset View explicitly, the box is unticked by default, and we still send our own confirmation email before anything else. The footer of every email you receive from us names the partner you came through.
What we never do
- Buy, rent, borrow or scrape email addresses.
- Add you to a list because you emailed us, bought something or downloaded a file.
- Add you to an edition you did not choose.
- Send from any address not on this list.
How to check
The footer of each email states the edition name, the date you confirmed and the source ("anchorassetview.com/subscribe" or the partner's name). If you want the full record, use the data request form.
How to leave
One click on "Unsubscribe" in any email, or the unsubscribe page. No login, no questions.
If you never signed up
Forward the email with full headers to abuse@anchorassetview.com. We will remove the address, trace how it got there, and reply with what we found within one business day. If a third party entered your address without your knowledge, the confirmation step should have stopped it; if it did not, that is a bug we will fix.
