1. Acceptance
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Anchor Asset View, LLC ("Anchor Asset View", "we", "us") covering anchorassetview.com, its subdomains and every email edition we publish (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you do not, do not use the Service.
2. Editorial content; no advice

Subscriptions are free and require confirmation of your address. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or at anchorassetview.com/unsubscribe. You agree not to subscribe addresses you do not control. We may suspend sending to addresses that bounce, complain or appear automated. 6. Acceptable use
You may not: scrape, harvest or mass-download content or addresses; interfere with the Service or its security; submit false information or others' addresses; use automated means to subscribe; frame or mirror the Service; or use our content to train or build a competing commercial product without a licence.
7. Intellectual property
Content we create is owned by Anchor Asset View, LLC or licensed to us. You may read, print and forward individual articles or editions for personal, non-commercial use with attribution and links intact. Any other reproduction requires written permission from admin@anchorassetview.com. Republished partner articles remain the property of their original publishers.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor Asset View, LLC, its members, editors, contractors and providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages at our hosting or email providers, network failures, or actions of mailbox providers. We do not guarantee that any email will be delivered or delivered on time.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Montana, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here removes consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of your residence.
13. Changes
We may revise these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always at this address. Material changes affecting subscribers will be mentioned in the next edition. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
